Gelatin silver print, enlargement of a photogram via repro-negative, circa 1929. 39,7 × 30 cm (39,9 × 30 cm) (15 ⅝ × 11 ¾ in. (15 ¾ × 11 ¾ in.)). Signed and dated: „1922" in pencil on the reverse. Inscribed and numbered in pencil by further hands as well as custom's stamp: „CUSTOMS & EXCISE, 209, GREAT PORTLAND ST. W. 1, MARYLEBONE, 2nd STATION", therein date stamp: „22 DEC. 1936". One of 10 motifs from the „Giedion-Portfolio", published in a planned edition of 20 copies, Berlin 1929. Catalogue Raisonné: fgm 206.
