Information

Pencil and coloured chalk on paper . 36,5 × 46,1 cm (14 ⅜ × 18 ⅛ in.). Signed, inscribed and dated in pencil lower left: Lovis Corinth Zoppot 1896. [3647]

Condition Report: The sheet edges without losses. The upper edge left of the centre and the lower edge right of the centre, each with two short closed tears (up to 2 cm). Along the edges faint narrow light-stain. The paper evenly slightly time stained and with faint scuff marks due to the artist's technique. On the right sheet edge above the centre as well as in the left margin above the centre, a few miniscule dark and yellowish spots. In the lower left corner, a small lightening of the paper surface. On the reverse, firmly mounted onto the support cardboard
